I bought a unit, but it's not in my customer area. What do I do?

If you purchased or signed up for a product, logged back in later to download it, but it's not in your customer area, there is a good chance that you have more than one account. 

For example, if you signed up for an account with your school email address and purchased one of our products, but then later signed up for an account with your personal Gmail, you will not be able to access the product you purchased.

Fortunately, I can fix this for you. Just submit a ticket to the helpdesk and let me know which email address you want to keep as your account login. I will merge both of your accounts. This way, if you bought or signed up for products on both accounts, you'll still be able to keep access to everything.
